Refund Policy

Fitness Trainers FZE guarantee remaining balance refund within 7-days after the payment if you are not satisfied with service. After 7-days refund is not possible.

Once we received and processed your complain, we will issue your refund within 21-day.

Expiry and Extensions
* A monthly pack purchase option has a 35 day expiry, after which time any unused sessions will be lost and no refund will be made. This is to ensure we deliver all your required sessions to enable you to achieve your goals.
* Refund is made for the next following reasons when you are not able to continue sessions with the doctors prescription of absence of 3 months or more:
* - Pregnancy
* - Serious illness
* - Serious injury

By using the Fitness Trainers FZE Properties (Digital), and the features and services made available through the Properties (Digital), you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use the personal information collected through the Properties (Digital) in an effort to fulfill our commitment.
